Permissions config

Hi all, I am looking for someone who is really knowledgeable with doing permission configurations. I am open to a couple different plugins however luck perms seems to be the best. I will supply you with all groups, permissions, prefixes and suffixes.

server game mode is prison so I will need to make it so that I can give players donator/staff ranks and they can still rank up in their normal prison groups

should be really simple config for you, considering I’m pretty much supply all permission nodes, groups, etc

budget is about 5USD, will need it done really quick as I’m running short on time and have a lot of other things to get done
