Permissions Configuration Problem

Hello,
I'm afraid I have a little teleport problem. I'm oped on my server, but can't teleport a player to me with the command "/tp Player Player". It always says that I have no permissions.
I have already added some permissions. I don't get an error in the console.
The following plugins are installed:

I've already added all the permissions for the WarpSystem. Hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance.

Are you using bungeecord at all, or just a solo server?

it maybe be essentials interfering since it also has a teleport feature built in. Try deleting it and trying the comand

try: /tphere <player>

That's not the solution to my problem. So I can teleport a player to myself. But not two other players to each other.

Make sure you don't have /tp in your blocked commands section in your bungeecord config.

The essentials.jar file is located on both servers, but not in the BungeeCord Plugins folder, if that's what you mean.

Because it seems to be a bungeecord error rather than a plugin conflicting with essentials.
