PermissionsEx to LuckPerms Conversion

Hey Guys, Girls & Mobs!

Elxafil here from the Blockode Network, we're in need of a new permissions system and from what we can tell LuckPerms is the current standard but the problem is I don't have time to convert and learn a whole new system right now so I am looking for someone who could convert all our permissions, on a local install I might add as we don't want to give private access, from PEX to LuckPerms as soon as possible.

Installation Requirements:

• MySQL Installation to Protect User Information
• MySQL Database Must Be Formatted in utf8mb4_unicode_ci
• Network-wide Ranks (So we don't have to assign them individually on each server and preferably controlled through MySQL)

We already have everything setup that way with Pex but due to it's discontinued development and the number of problems we need to look at other sources for a permissions system and we need someone who can easily do this for us with only need for our default permissions.yml, please bare in mind you will be need to agree not to disclose any plugins, permissions, names or other noticeable titles within the permissions that might give away plans or other compromising content.

Payment can be discussed but a volunteer would be more appreciated and said volunteer will get 6 months free premium content in thanks for this job.

Thanks but I also need the MySQL and cross network setup which I don't have time for hence my thread.
