I connected my permission to a mysql database, but when I edit the permissions, and I put / pex import file the changes are not saved, they remain as they were before

Tried /pex reload? Or try restart the server as Mo said.

Also, if you type /plugins, is pex red or green?

Could you post your MySQL logs? Are you using MariaDB?
