Person to make call list/ Message people on call list (Paying)

Hello MCM,

I am looking for some people to help make a discord call list and message the people in the call list. Will list bellow what each job pays and what needs to be done.

Person Making Call List:
-25$ per week pay
-Must have 500 server owners per week on call list
-Will give you materials in order to make the call list, no training needed

Person Messaging call list
-Will receive 5% of sales converted from the call list
-Must be polite
-Must have at least 50% conversion rate

There's no way a person is gonna get 2100 server owners per week, let alone a year maybe.

Yeah, I agree, that's 1 server owner every 5 minutes. So a person would have to not sleep for 24 hours 7 days a week and keep finding server owners and their contact's and putting them on a list. This is impossible for a single person that only gets paid 25$ per week. A team of 10+ people getting full-time wages would be able to do this, not a single person getting paid 0,14$ per hour.

You got to understand that putting someone on a list is not that hard. All you got to do is look at a server owner put their name down and server type and thats it. If your effective you should be able to do this for about 1 person a minute as I already told you I am giving you he materials to do this. If you are gonna trash the thread do it in dm's. and lowered it to 1500. So they would have to work for 25 hours straight without a break or anything per week for 25$? That's 1$ per hour. (( IF YOU CAN DO 1 SERVER PER MINUTE ))

Thats fair enough however managers also work about the same hours for the same price. Manager normally get this type of pay and hours thats where I got my number from and would consider raising it. If you have an actual interest in the position instead of just telling me why I am just a horrible person for even offering this position, then please let me know. Otherwise, please leave my thread.

You're delusional. Why don't you save your money and do it yourself? Nobody said you're a horrible person... We've all told you nobody will want to do this for you. So go somewhere else or do it yourself.

I don't know if you've been in the cold emailing/cold contact game for a while, but you're very rarely going to get a 50% conversion ratio. In fact, you're more likely to get less than 50% of people to even have their DM's on or to message you.

I do get that which is why I had it originally at 33%. However I got tons of hate on the high number to compensate for that thus I tried to higher that number to make it work. If the 500 number is increased I would be happy to reduce the 33% if you get where I am coming from.
