modded minecraft servers

What are you looking for in to making with it? Both modded and prison? Which mode if i may ask?
Some more info would be appreciated.

The idea was to create a regular modded survival. This would include one of the modpacks within the Feed The Beast launcher. Hopefully, I'll eventually progress through the modded minecraft scene and move onto some vanilla stuff but for now I am just looking for a dedicated developer/administrator with a large amount of knowledge on how modpacks and minecraft servers function together.
