Lets be generous and say the assigned "hours" are 4 hours a day. Meaning you would be paid $3.33 USD a hour and $13 a day lol. Lets not forget OP wants a 17+ year old, and experienced manager, I would understand if they were open to someone younger. $400 a month to someone over 17 is insane, if not downright illegal.

To be honest, I reckon a few people would actually love this job. I know a few 17yo's who earn less than 400$ a month with a stable weekend job. Don't think anyone should be expecting minimum wage or something higher - especially for a role that is part-time and only is active if they have incoming clients. But yeah, I see your point of view.

In my country $400 Monthly is a lot, obviously that's more than a minimum wage.

He is looking for someone from the US or AU, and it is true that in these countries the minimum wage is much higher.

Most minecraft managers get paid 50/week, that’s 200/month. You shouldn’t be chasing after me but everyone else on this forum if you think I’m not paying enough

Plus during some of the assigned hours there won’t be any work. We’re talking a job where you can be playing a game during your assigned hours but you need to respond as soon as there’s a request.

I appreciate your concerns though

A manager and personal assistant are two very different titles.

Why does everyone just put "manager" at the end of a job title to make it seem legitimate and important when it isn't even a manager role.

I'm looking for someone with managerial experience to provide personal assistant services. Not a manager for my company. Please read the thread carefully. The job title, "Personal Assistant", is the title of this thread.

Here is what I said in the thread - "I’m currently looking to hire a manager able to provide personal assistant services for clients at my business."

So your not looking for a manager, but in your thread that you just quoted you literally have the words "I’m currently looking to hire a manager". Makes sense.

You are looking for a personal assistant with managerial experience, perhaps a more accurate job title would be an executive assistant seeing as executive assistants *tend* to carry out more managerial tasks than a standard PA.
