Personal Manager! Paid

Hey,
I know this is VERY weird to need. But I am terrible at keeping track of things so this is why it is needed.
I am a graphics designer which doesn't want to join service teams due to the competitiveness.
I want a sales representative to find me 2-3 sales every week.
I want a manager to pm me every day reminding me of my timetable for my graphic design etc.
The person must live in the UK or it won't work.
You will be paid 15% of each commission I get, So the more commissions you get, the more money you make.

Requirements:
14+
Mature
Organised
GMT Timezone
Must be good at finding sales
Must be persuasive
Must be consistant/active
