Well, to be honest I don't mean to crush your dreams or anything but If I were you I would not invest your time learning how to code for a minecraft. It takes a couple years to be good at it and is very time consuming.

But if you really want to do it, first learn Java and then read the Bukkit API Page which gives you information. Coding is just one huge algorithm.

HCF Core to be exact, that's why they are like $800 and not free.[DOUBLEPOST=1470687486][/DOUBLEPOST]EDIT: There are Free HCF Plugins but making your plugins work together is hard.

Three months to make a plugin? Must have been one big plugin...
