is there a pterodactyl plugin for this: (or could someone make one, payment can be discussed)

We run a free server hosting, io want when a user creates a server after 2 weeks they get a email saying they must click a button on there panel to continue the service for another 2 weeks, if they dont click then it will delete the server after 48h and multiple warnings
