Requirements:

Must be reputable (If you've just joined it is fine)

Requirements for Admin: Must have 4+ experiences as an Admin or a Mod with a playerbase of 20-30+, 14 years of age (of course could be 13 or higher), respectful, high reputation. Be able to contribute a lot of time, as an admin we expect you to be on Atleast 3 hours a day.

Requirements for Developer:
MUST I REPEAT MUST be able to create custom plugins for the server and fix major bugs when needed. A lot of coding experience is needed.

Requirements for Head-Mod:
Atleast 3+ experiences as a Mod or Helper. Must be 14+ (Could be 13). High reputation.

Requirements for Moderator: 3+ Experiences as a Helper or Mod. Must be respectful at all times.

Requirements for Helper:
Atleast 1+ experience as a staff member. Respect everyone at all cost.

Note: We will do a background check of the servers you have gave us. Be aware.

Attention: Asking a Manager or Owner to revise your application without previous contact will result in an instant denial. Please be patient and wait for us rather than being impatient and rushing your chances of getting accepted.

All of them had 10-30 player base (Now shut down except for one going to talk about it now) I bought the server except for the domain (had troubles transferring the domain) IP: 1play.mechpvp.com. I have been HeadMod on a server that reached 30-50 PB daily. It was one my greatest times being a staff member. Sadly all great things come to an end. One of the owners,abused/quit and the PB started to decline. So yeah now i'm very interested in expanding types of servers I'm staff on. The server I was headmod on (faction server) Cynicalpvp.net I have much more experience but I was just helper.

Why should you be chosen over others? Well I can do anything. I'm willing to manage plugins manage staff. Talk to youtubers (talking to them about recording on (Server Name)) I can talk to non-staff members see what they want to add. And if it will help the server I would talk to higher staff about adding it. Mostly anything and everything you the owners don't want to do.

Second I did about 40% configuration of a server with is still runningfine. Including; Mrl for at least 20 mines setting default permissions in config. Permissions for the 20 ranks. As required 3rd experience I made XenForo (premium forum service used by a lot of big servers.) Staff ranks Helper through Owner with permissions all setup. Made the nodes (Catagory, fourm sub-thread) for applications, suggestions ect. (Nodes) basically where you post things. I hope this is enough For you to consider me as a candidate.
Why should you be chosen over others? I have huge experience with pex, groupmanager, Mrl, XenForo, how config works and how to configure it and all I explained above.

Why should you be Staff? I can fit into completely new situations quickly. Learn how to cope with what ever I should be subject to do, I hardly ever get mad. I answer questions thoroughly make sure I follow the rules to the letter but know when to make the correct call when it comes down to it. I can make tough decisions when needed, I have demoted my friend of 9 months for being abusive without hesitation for what it would cost our friendship because it was the right thing to do. I'm extremely trustworthy with what ever I am obligated to and hardly ever give up on something. To conclude I think I would be a great admin for your server and am looking for something to work on.
