PEX + DeluxeTags not working together [help]

When I try and put deluxe tags into my prefix in PEX it doesn't work it just shows %deluxe_tags% in the prefix. Please help

%deluxetags_tag% is the correct placeholder

Pex isnt a chat plugin, and %deluxetags_tag% is the correct placeholder (don't forget to download deluxetags expansion. /papi ecloud download deluxetags, /papi reload).
Keep in mind that not all chat plugins support PlaceholderAPI. If ur chat plugin doesn't then use this plugin to make them work.

If your chat plugin is EssentialChat follow the steps below
- Turn off the DeluxeChat option in the DeluxeTags config.
- Turn off the format_chat option in the DeluxeTags config.
- Add {deluxetags_tag} placeholder to ur chat format (in Essentials config.
- Restart the server
