Pex loads, but the groups dont when i do /pex groups, it says Registered Groups: thats it
Heres the permissions.yml

nope, i have 91 plugins tho xD, but noe of them have been added recentl;y

This new config should work, your spacing wasn't setup properly in each group. Your options weren't set properly as well I fixed your spacing and the options and anything under the options category. I tested them and they are now fixed.
