PEX permissions.yml Help

I configured a PEX permissions.yml and it doesn't seem to work at all.

Can anyone help me fix the errors?

Before line 34 should be "permissions:"

Whats the error it gives?

im not sure but theres something wrong in the permissions.yml that is causing this to happen:
