PEX SETUP FOR PRISON [FREE?]

Hello there. Recently I've been working on the creation a smaller prison server. This is my first server, so I've been experimenting with a lot of things and learning more along the way. Right now, I've stumbled upon permissions and I'm working with the plugin "PermissionsEx (PEX)". If anybody has experience with creating pex permissions and groups for prison, can you please help me and private message me? I'm not sure if I need to use pex rankups or how to configure parent groups.

Thank you. Have you both worked with Prison before? I know how to insert permission nodes and all (besides all the trouble I'm having with essentials warp and prefixes not showing), but do you both know how to create parent groups with Pex?

I used to own one of the largest prison servers, I'm pretty sure I'm experienced with pex.
