At Phantom Builds payments are based on the size of your build. Below are rough quotes for our standard builds, please contact us for exact measures. If you are looking for a Budget Build then you should contact us on Skype for negotiation.

We will take about 12 hours per 25x25 blocks at the maximum after the first instalment is paid.

Terms of Service

- 35% must be paid prior to the commencement of the build.
- 100% must be paid prior to the commencement of the build if we are to build on your own server.
- All payments are to be made through PayPal.
- You must seek permission before re-selling our builds.
