Hello MCMarket, I am Dakota/9Ta1ls I manage and own Phantom HQ. PhantomHQ is a multi gamemode server. Ranging from Factions - SkyBlock. We have a development team that work hard to get the job done. I began development on PhantomHQ 1 year ago. We had our ups and downs with staff leaving people screwing things up. But we are looking for staff on our planned release. I have 2 Co-Owners, Kadus COO. Kadus is behind all the money management and Advertising of the server. Quartar he is behind the Development and Game design of the server. Together we work hard and prosper forward.

Roles we are looking for:

Helpers:
Helpers are designed to moderate chat and help players on the server and our social medias like Discord and Teamspeak. They can mute, kick and warn. Each helper will be decided to be promoted within 14 days. If you don't get promoted you will get a second chance and try again within 7 days. So don't worry if you don't get promoted you always have a second chance.

Moderators:
Moderators are designed to punish players and keep the server from cheaters and people that wanna break the rules. Moderators have permissions to ban, kick and tempban. Moderators will be going through a 3 strike system. If you get 3 strikes your out and demoted and taken of the staff team.

Sr-Moderators:
Senior Mods are designed to deal with Punishment appeals and training the Moderators and Helpers. They train the helpers in mods in screensharing. Support techniques and how to deal with a problem. Senior Mods have permissions to unban, Unmute, MuteChat, Clearchat and staffclear (which removes all bans, warns and mutes off a player.)

Administrators:
Admins are the main backbone of the server. They deal with bugs and help our developers get the bugs patched as soon as possible. Some Admins can deal with special ranks like Youtube, Famous and Media. Each rank is given on our decided amount of subscribers. They have permissions like Blacklist and BanIP

Sr-Administrators:
Sr-Admins Manage the staff team and deal with all the staff promotions and demotions. They work along with the Leadership team closely. Senior Admins have permissions like. Unblacklist Unbanip. They also can set ranks up to Admin.
