How large is your server going to be? It seems to be you are going to have a very large player-base. Roughly around 40 Staff members. I believe that is an abnormal amount. Who else agrees?

I agree, looking at their discord they only have 20 members and I recommend that you don't open up many staff positions if you don't really need them. You can add more as you grow, but when your small start small.
