Why are we selling?​

Unfortunately due to my recent acceptance of joining a National Team for rugby my time for my server Phantomnetwork has dramatically reduced What has made me not be as active as I want to, I'm trying to find a Genuine nice person to help provide the best experience of the network as possible. Why are people bidding so much? Based off of players and how much it's made (especially being a factions server) it doesn't seem worth it. I've bought a custom made server with a smaller playerbase, discord, etc. for like $55
I just don't see how it's worth this much considering you don't even list what all you have, setups, plugins, etc.
