[PHASE 1] Seeking Team for Large Build

Hello.

I am seeking a build team to do all of the building for a friends upcoming server, he has appointed me to seek the build team. I have been paid to do this so extensive research will be made to your team, all builds discussion will be with myself. I am not a staff member on this server, simply doing some contract work for confidentiality reasoning. He has a large budget and will require many builds. To follow is a list of builds required.

This is phase 1 of multiple phases, previous builders may be rehired for the next phases however their will always be a tendering process for every stage. This phase is responsible for the lobby's, HUB and one game-type.

1 x 500x500 Large HUB Area with lots of activities and games for users to play, you must design this internally.

6 x 100x100 Game Connection Lobbies, must have some open space for the use of cosmetics, each must follow a completely different look to each other, following the themes of;

- Town/City
- Medieval
- Space
- Modern
- Forest
- Beach

They should all be in floating island form.

6 x Skywars Solo Maps (14 Players)

6 x Skywars Teams Maps (28 Players)

Yes, we tend to work extremely fast. We've built massive cities in a few hours/day.

no, what I meant to say is that you are promising to do something which you will most likely not be able to hold.

Assuming you were to finish it in one week, your team would be building 2.7 maps PER DAY and assuming you were able to hold your maximum timeframe (2 weeks) your build team would be building 1.3 maps per day which is still a lot considering one of the maps is 500x500 and you only got 3 builders. Also, the 28 players skywars maps are going to be at least 150x150-250x250.

Not just that, you probably also got other commissions to do in addition.
