Hello, I am here telling you guys I need a new owner a really active like around 2-4 hours daily and a really smart owner who has had alot of experience and is will to do alot for the server and maybe put some money in the profit of this job will be 25% profit of server the server makes roughly around 80-250 a month.
We are looking for people that can config any plugin of any kind and knows their stuff like making minigames and has a high tolerance level and has around 2-3 years experience.

I believe what he is looking for is someone who can do the following,

• Configure Plugins. (Easy)
• Require Experience (Asking 2-3 Years)
• For some reason is asking for an owner (??)
• Develop Bukkit Plugins?? ("..knows their stuff like making minigames..")

Personally what I think he is asking for is a developer to work with him, so more of a side job as he wants to focus further onto the community aspect. I am in disbelief that he would be promoting somebody to the lead of a server just over a simple configuration.
