Our Team Positions
Owner - The Owner handles all financial needs. He is responsible for providing commissions to all members of the team, based on their individual work in a project. He also assists where need be, providing work to builders, hiring more members to the team, or working with customers as well.
Manager - The Manager is responsible for overseeing the functions of the team as a whole. Making sure everyone is on task, and is working efficiently. They are also responsible for assigning work to the appropriate builder.
Server Manager - Our server manager is responsible with maintaining our private server. They keep it updated, making sure the builders have the right tools to finish their work.
Senior Builder - A position for our seasoned veteran builders. Those who hold this title have more than proven their skills, hard work, and dedication. They hold the responsibility of handling larger jobs and monitoring other builders, as well as providing assistance in builds where necessary.
Builder - This position is for full-time team members. This is for builders who have proved their skill set, and regularly work with our team. They receive commissions based on each individual build.
Probationary Builder - Also known as "Probie", this is the position where everyone begins. We use it as a basis until we establish an understanding of your skills.
