1. I have the rights to decline a commission, if this happens (which it should not), I will always provide a reason.
2. Please do not ask me "when will it be done" or anything like that, it will only make your situation worse.
3. You must not take credit for my work. I would prefer if you listed my name in your about page or the description of the respective videos.
4. There are no refunds after you receive the final product. If you request a refund while I am working on the final product, you will be charged for a portion of the cost.
5. I don't do vouch copies.
6. After you receive the final product, you have 24 hours to make any minor change to it. After those 24 hours go by, there will be a $0.10 cent fee for every change you make.
