Hey everyone. So I've had a nice conversation in the SB about a lot of theories when it comes to the beginning of the universe.
So might as well make a thread.
Share your theories/thoughts here. I'll be happy to hear them!

Now, this thread is for atheists to share their thoughts on!

I've heard about a theory that someday the universe will end with a "big crunch"

Truth be told I don't think there is anything after this. So enjoy life now.

The bing bang theory we all know that!

Or that a scientist from another dimension came to ours and made an infinite density object that time and space don't matter to it. It was nothing and something at the same time, and when he tried to touch it a big bang happened that broke every rule in the universe rules that didn't exist? It was faster than the speed of light, and some of its density became planets and galaxies and it's still expanding, and will forever be

Why do I get a feeling you could read all this in under 0.2 seconds?

You tell me. Do you think that minecraft clocks represent time? Do you think they even work?
Pretty sure minecraft clock is in ticks. So they don't work

Nobody can be certain what life as a whole actually is. I personally just think we're in a loop, we've already had this convosation an infinite amount of times. The universe began with a big bang, but how did that begin? Nothing can come from nothing... Before everything else, just nothing... When there's nothing, there's nothing, it can't cause anything but yet everything must have a cause. Everything that happens in the world is because of atoms bumping into each other but nothing doesn't have atoms and for some reason there's something... But that's mad, because nothing can't cause anything.

Here's my theory.

What if time can double back on it self and the universe was caused by it's own future. There's still a cause but the bang came first and the cause came on much later, maybe at the end of time... We're all living in a loop, if you hit a ball the exact same way the same thing will happen, meaning if the big bang happened over and over we're just living our life is pre determined and we've already have this convosation and we're just cosmic robots living only will an illusion of free will.

Is everything we've ever known wrong? Because right now we don't have a clue, we don't even know where to start and that's the perfect place to begin.
That's an interesting theory. Although I'm going to have to disagree om that one - My theory is that the big bang has already happend an infiniate amount of times, there was no actual beginning of time. Matter has always existed.
There's a theory called the universe freeze theory, which essentially mesns that the universe has expanded too much that all distances are infiniate, causing it to corrupt into a very small ball. Subatomic ball. (That's about 1/10000000000 of an atom)
This was how the big bang was created, the particles were too much packed, and this is the loop I think the universe is in.
Which means that this conversation hasn't happend an infinite amount of times.

Then how come when I use the search history it there isn't anything in the future???? Kappa

The big bang created the universe though, so how could it expand and create a subatomic ball if there was no universe?
There has always been a universe, that's what I'm telling you. There was no "beginning of time" the matter has always existed.
