Hey MC-Market users! My name is Anna and I’m the owner of Phoenix.
WHAT EVEN IS PHOENIX?
Phoenix is a competitive, fast-paced OPPrison server with custom enchantments and unique mechanics. This server aims to bring communities of players together for the common reward of being the best. Even if fighting with a team of players isn’t up your alley, you can still become an extremely powerful and rich player through the mines system. There are 26 (A-Z) mines and they get more challenging as you progress throughout them. Once you reach the final mine, you can prestige and start over. All features on Phoenix are there for one reason: To bring players a competitive but enjoyable OPPrison experience.
CAN I PLAY PHOENIX?
Unfortunately, this server has only been in development for a few weeks. I have been making steady progress, working each day on making the server one step closer to release. There is no release date set as of now but that will change in the very near future once Phoenix is closer to being released.
HOW CAN I APPLY?
Due to Phoenix being a very young server, I am only asking that you DM me on Discord (anna#3073) to discuss your position on the staff team. Continue reading below for some good information on each staff role!
[!] No role will be limited to a specific number, and the tasks that come with each role may change as the server grows. Manager is not an obtainable role as of now.
ADMIN
The role of an administrator on Phoenix is to give useful information to the management team about the server’s status (TPS, incidents, etc), serve as a middleman for management and the players, and give suggestions to improve the server. Admins will be whitelisted while the server is in development.
People who are looking for this role should:
Be confident in their leadership skills
Be willing to dedicate their time and effort into the community
Show support and appreciation for the server and its players
Have basic knowledge of server management
Have basic knowledge of plugins and their uses
Requirements:
Access to Discord and a microphone
Must be 14 years old or older
Must have good English skills
Must have previous experience as a staff member (preferably as a higher staff member)
Must not be a staff member on any other network/server
[!] Admins who go above and beyond their requirements willingly will be noted and potentially promoted to Manager.
SRMOD
The role of a Senior Moderator on Phoenix is to serve as a good example for new staff members and train them while still enforcing the guidelines.
People who are looking for this role should:
Be welcoming and outgoing
Be patient
Be willing to dedicate their time and effort into the community
Show support and appreciation for the server and its players
Be willing to resolve conflicts
Have extensive knowledge of banning
Requirements:
Access to Discord and a microphone
Must be 13 years old or older
Must have good English skills
Must not be a staff member on any other network/server
Must have previous experience as a staff member
MOD
The role of a Moderator on Phoenix is to enforce guidelines to the players, help them in difficult situations, and communicate with the players.
People who are looking for this role should:
Be friendly and outgoing
Be patient
Be willing to dedicate their time and effort into the community
Show support and appreciation for the server and its players
Show willingness to help players
Have knowledge of banning
Requirements:
Access to Discord and a microphone
Must be 13 years old or older
Must have good English skills
Must not be a staff member on any other network/server
JRMOD
The role of a Junior Moderator on Phoenix is to learn the ropes of banning, gain a positive reputation among the staff team, and to gain a deeper understanding of the rules.
People who are looking for this role should:
Be patient
Be willing to dedicate their time to learn new things
Be willing to try new things
Show support and appreciation for the server and its players
Show willingness to help players
