I'm trying to confirm a phone number in order for my PayPal account to work anyone know where I can get free phone numbers to see the code PayPal sends to confirm Phone number

Just use a disposable phone number millions of sites have them for verification

You normally need a 10 digit phone number for verification. Make sure you add the area code.

Legally, you are supposed to pay off your debt.

If you're under 18 you should be doing this with your parent's permission, it'll be much easier to setup and is the legal way.
