Some other things we need the developer to do is to make us a anti cheat. To be our developer you must know how to code your own plugins work with 1.8 plugins be pretty active be kind respectful and speak English. Thats not a lot, i payed 27$ for a good plugin, not to big. So don't expect to much out of it
