PhotoShop CS6 (Help)

Is somebody known with Photoshop CS6, I need some help.

Look it might be a stupid question, but why can't I use this?

For some reason it won't let me click on it...

I can't click on the small buttons in the middle. It just won't let me use it..

you can use those if you selected like: images or whatever.

Have you made sure you have selected the layer?

Yeah, I have selected the layer but it stays the same.

make a new empty layer, and drag it either above, or below the layer you want to move, then select BOTH the layers. Try again c:

select the layer you want to move and center or whatever you want to align and then once you have the layer selected press ctrl + a to select all then you should be able to use them.
