I am trying to learn more in photoshop and now I am asking for your feedback. I know it is not perfect but I hope to learn from this.

I'd give it an A-, its pretty good!
Edges are big plus. That is important cuz u don't want it to look like u cut aladdin out of a magaine and threw it on top of the background. I think it all seems to be in contrast, although you could also change the Hue on the people and the bottom to make it look a little more realsistic. In addition, you could make it look like the dock merges with the water by using liquify and some render effects. Thats all I gotta say. Everything else seems good.

Neck shape is wrong on the girl, the edges of the clothing on the original image look too sharp (feather/smooth out mask). Imperfect selections on the heads, there are rugged edges on multiple parts of the hair and even solid color residue.
