Photoshop Problem

Hello, I just wanted to ask a quick question regarding to Photoshop. I've had some performance issues with Photoshop lately, it literally takes a long time to do a simple action. For Example: If I choose to change the colour of a background on a 1920x1080 canvas or any other size, it will always take a ridiculous amount of time to complete the action. A bar will also popup saying 'Rendering' or whatever the action is doing. Sometimes the bar would be just stuck there and will be going awfully slow. I don't know if it's just a problem with my Photoshop or with my specs.

What windows version?

Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit.

Hmm... I use Windows 10 for everything i do. Skype bugs like shit. Chrome has some bugs too. Other then that all programs works great!

I upgraded to Windows 10 but then experienced internet issues.

Many ppl say so. I got 2ms ping in windows 7 and 1ms in windows 10, and im sure that have nothing to do with my OS.

For example when I went in a csgo or whatever game, I had like 200+ ping. When I downgraded back to Windows 7 them issues were gone.

I get 5 ping in csgo with windows 10 But i heard many ppl have same issues (one said it on skype weeks ago).

Have you had the problem where a popup bar would show saying 'Progress' and would not even complete the action.
