Photoshop work done to a photo of myself

I recently did a photo shoot and I have one photo of me that I like but there are some problems with it. I would also like to add some text on to it. If anyone could do some of this photoshop work I'd be willing to pay a little, but it's not a big job at all. Thank you

My hair in the back was sticking up a tad so you could blend that with the wood background. There is something on my shoes that could easily be edited out, and there is a hole in the cabin that I don't want there.
