I have 10+ years experience but I want to be paid 50% upfront and 50% when the project is done.

I don't want a percentage of the profit.

Assuming the PHP developer is doing all the work, why are you getting any profit aside from maybe the payback for the domain?

EDIT: User says he does not have a domain, and plans to get a free .tk domain. As well as this, the user isn't paying for hosting and wants the PHP developer to pay for it.
So to sum up, he's not paying for the domain, not paying for the hosting, not paying for the developer, but gets a (presumably) large cut of the donations.
