How long will this take?
Its not a massive project but it needs to be professional. I have coded a java/bukkit side of it I just need a website/etc for me to build onto because there will be a plugin that links to the website via Taking parameters from URL eg http://meme.com/?contents=Hello.

eg
http://meme.com/?servername=RogueHCF will make a mysql database entry for RogueHCF.

I don't want to go into much detail on this post but just PM me to talk more.
