PHP Job to be done

Looking for someone to do me a pretty simple PHP job. PM me if you're any good with PHP.

This is what I need:
I'm looking for a panel where I can track customers orders. So I login to the admin page and then I can enter details like name, email, Skype, Discord, order type, order info etc and then it generates a unique tracking number. That then saves that to the database. Then customers can go to a page and type in the tracking number which shows then information about the order. On my admin panel I can set percentages of how much is done (can be typed or preferred a slider) and I can set things like pending, in progress or complete.

He is a web developer as that is what xenforo uses for template edits (HTML, CSS).

But not sure if he knows php.

What you described is a web designer, not a web developer.
