Hello, I'm looking for an experienced PHP, JS & SQL Developer.

I simply want a profile and messaging system(realtime), customly done. I have already got the visuals out of the way for the most part as I attempted this a few months ago but my php developer gave up on me & scammed me pretty much. I just need the backend done mostly.

Would be too messy with php to do real time

Php is server side, its executed before page loads, meaning you cant execute php while user is browsing the page

You'd have to use ajax for it
So it would be a mix of php and js, which in turn will be messy

You might want to consider other options for this
