PHP/MySQL Query with sorting

I am looking for a nice looking PHP script for my survival games server.

I have a database that stores various stats like kills, deaths, kill streak, player name, wins and losses.

I need to have the script let users search by player name and see that players stats, see the top list of stats for each category and I need the table to have pagination. I would like users to be able to see 10, 25 and 100 records. I would like be able to see the stats in ascending/descending order.

When people search for a certain name and see their stats, I want an option to report that player if they think they are abusing the system. Report will be sent via email.

I have a web page and I would like the design to fit well with my theme.

I want the results to be displayed in a professional looking table.
