Looking for someone to make a website.

The website is going to be a site where you can donate 1 dollar or more and get a your name on a row of names (Highest, most recent, and first donations). So if you want to donate you click a button, which re directs you too a paypal checkout gets confirmed and they pay. Then they get re directed to a link on the site, which asks them what message they want and then they click confirm and the website updates.

So for example in the Recent Row it would say (FOR EXAMPLE)

Your Name - Subscribe to my channel
(Name) - (Custom message)


Front End: Basic bootstrap, does not really matter at the moment

Back End: PayPal checkout, and the custom message function
