Hello! I am Evoltution, one of the two current Managers of PhxSkyblock. As of now, I will be publicly announcing the recruitment of PhxSkyblock.
What is PhxSkyblock?
PhxSkyblock is a Skyblock server that is currently in beta. We will be releasing this server on December 3rd, 2018; however, the server is "out-in-the-open," meaning it is public and anyone can join. Even though the server is still in beta, we will be rewarding players, depending on their position in /is top. (For more information, please join our discord.)
How well is PhxSkyblock currently doing?
Currently, I would rate PhxSkyblock an 8/10, which I would say is a moderate rate. There aren't any bugs, but there aren't any custom features as well. Once our budget has increased, we will be purchasing custom plugins to make PhxSkyblock a unique, and more enjoyable server to play on. We're in need of suggestions, so if anyone would like to suggest something, please do so in our discord server.
What positions are you requesting for?
As said in our title, we are looking for Helpers and YouTubers. The reason why we're not requesting anything above Helper is due to the fact that every staff member starts at Helper. If one were to start at a higher rank than others, that would obviously be unfair. Also, I'd have no evidence you will dedicate your time and effort into this server. By being promoted from Helper to a higher rank, that shows me you are willing to contribute a minority of your time into PhxSkyblock.
Just to let you all know, we are not requesting any "large" or "decent-sized" YouTubers that require payment to record on our server. All I'm asking for is someone who *wants* to create a series on this server, and interact with its community. Basically, I want you to grow off of this server, and this server to grow off of you.
