Phython developer for simple classwork programs

I'm currently looking for a decent - as in you don't need to be an expert - python developer that I can contact occasionally to complete some assignments that I have no interest in doing. This will likely involve colors and import images. I'm looking for pay $3 for 2 programs as they shouldn't take long at all if you know what you're doing.

I'd be willing to do them, but not for $3. You would need to pay my price ($15) to make it worth my time.

Sorry but at the rate of $15 for 2 programs isn't worth the price tag, unless you mean per hour. I appreciate the offer though.

$3 in PayPal is not worth opening an IDE, after PayPal robs you with fees. Also this reminds me of that guy in my Computer Science class.... Why study something if you're going to pay someone to do your practical work? I hope this class is just extra credit or something and you're actually studying Biology....
