Hi my name is Rick and i am making this thread because i want to become a staff member on a minecraft server, if you want to make me staff then read the application below.

Why You Should Pick Me: The reason that you should pick me to become staff is because of my experience in being a staff member as i have been a staff member on multiple servers and i am fairly good at dealing with everyday situations that you may need a good staff member to do as i can do then, also i am good at managing and recruiting staff members to a server or even a small clan or faction.

Experience: My experience in being staff is that i have been staff on many servers most of then just a general Moderator or Admin, but on some i have managed the staff members or even Configured the server, I also used to own my own server which was a kitpvp so i am fairly good with helping with that as well.

Honestly if you could correct your grammar such as having uppercased "I"'s

Maybe be more specific on what servers you've been staff on, playerbase, rank, task etc.

You should add more information about yourself and as it have been said before, provide information about past experience and how you are special.

This only tells me a fraction about you. You are also 14, most servers want 15-16+ years of age, and you rate your maturity very high for that reason. And also as someone else has pointed out you should give server names, and playerbases. I will use myself for an example, I worked on Titanmc a prison server for a few months.....bla bla bla. That's what people want to see from you, so either edit this or redo this altogether. Otherwise I wish you best of luck.
