Pickaxe Levelling Skript (PAYING)

Hey everyone!

I am looking for someone who can script me a Pickaxe Leveling system and here's how I want it to work:

XP per ore:
STONE: 1
COBBLESTONE: 1
COAL_ORE: 1
IRON_ORE: 2
GOLD_ORE: 3
DIAMOND_ORE: 4
EMERALD_ORE: 5
LAPIS_ORE: 1
QUARTZ_ORE:3

Please make these variables editable through the script, and I will contact whoever makes the script if I need anything added.

I want the XP needed to get to the next pickaxe level to be 100. Each time you get to greater than or equal to 100, you level up. This does not level up your pickaxe, but formally just shows that you leveled up. I want it to show as a prefix in chat each time they level up, so say if I were level 2, it'd be [2] BreakfastDeliqht; and so on and so forth. This is for SKRIPT for 1.12.2; Spigot. No, I do not want the XP to get higher than 100; keep it at 100.

Spigot Version: Spigot 1.12.2 #131
Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
