I think you should look for someone who could be trusted and is competent. You should be able to trust the person a lot. If you would like help searching, let me know.
Maybe it's better to only accept a payment in real life meeting. That's the only way i can trust people and they trust me.
Seems like quite a bit of overkill to be honest. You could just get a super fancy lawyer guy to make a contract of some sort.
Yes that's what i did but i don't know what's wrong with them. No1 wants to take a lawyer for this. Maybe scammers i really don't know.
put it up on Flippa, explain all the shit, and you will probably find someone who will want to buy the server. Just gottta find him a team or people who gonna take care of the server, if he doesnt know how to. So just add in the description ^ Our team of expirienced people will be taking care of the server if you wish for a small fee ^^ If the buyer wishes.
Anyone even interested into buying this server should handle this deal with extreme precaution.
The owner of this server has lowered himself into almost criminal positions a couple times as I will explain below.
Anyone getting in his way has the chance of being hacked or ddosed, if it's not done by the owner himself he asks his dear friend Teun to do it. This is one of the nastiest persons you will ever find, and if he finds leverage over you he will use that to get what he wants.
This has also happened with the owner, who fails to see that this guy has been abusing his powers ever since he has been around.
Examples of this are interfering with staff business, selling donator ranks for cheap where the money would go straight in his pockets, ddosing players and staff who are in their way and giving befriended players privileges ingame such as kits and ranks.
The price for which the owner wants to sell this server is way too overpriced, he should be lucky if someone is willing to buy it for 5-15k.
There are rumours going around that the owner is not honest about his investments into the server, one of them being that he purchased the server for less than 1k instead of the 10k he brings up, not to mention the rumours that he has over 30k stacked on his bank account. These alledged rumours come from players and staff, most of them being there longer than the current owner.
This is in no way to bring the owner down, this is the perspective he has grown against us (the players) over the last two years that he has been owner of the server. He has done not much to contradict these accusations, after talking to some staff most of them share these opinions.
Now for something good about the server, it has a decent community of about 1000-2000 players online at all times and there is a lot of potential for growth. Most servers are in a neglected state, those neglected servers are easily brought back by reworking the servers into something better fitting the current economy by implementing wishes of the players. The server itself has a decent staff team, there are some bad apples in there but the system they build is becoming quite something.
TL;DR: Buy this server to save it from it's doom with the current owner. Don't pay what he is asking but make a serious offer somewhere in the middle.

I don't even know you. Teun doesn't know how to hack people so i have no idea what your talking about.
You should try and attention with other server owners.
