I'm just going to throw a quick idea out here.
There are two options:
1) When a user connects to the website (or if they are already on), they are shown a pop-up that says "read the latest announcement" or something along those lines.
2) The latest announcement is automatically pinned above/below SB.
Why am I suggesting this?
Just to relieve stress on staff and other users who get the same questions every day. I made this as a response to this new water name color. Everyone's been asking about it without reading the thread. So much happening in the drama box
