Pinnable Posts

Hello all.
This is a suggestion which I have basically stole from Twitter.
So with Twitter, you are able to Pin posts.
In threads, People should be able to pin one post per thread.

We currently allow pinning 1 profile post. What's everyone's thoughts on allowing Ultimate users to pin one reply to their thread at the top of the replies?

Yeah, I think I'll move this to pending for us to consider implementing for Ultimate in the future.
