Pirate Server Spawn Build Request

Hello,

I currently have the following server spawn: https://builtbybit.com/resources/ultimate-survival-1-19-2-native.22038/
I do like this, but it is a little congested and I am looking for a revamped and custom version of something like this.



Some of the features of the spawn that I am looking for are:

Pirate Town Island - This would be a island 300x300 - 500x500 big, that would include common builds such as shops for citizens npc's, hotel, bank, casino, quests vendor, fishing vendor , other marketplaces outside vendors for things like Parkour, Mni Games, etc. This should also include a dock that includes ships and docks to the ships.

I would like open spaces to not feel so congested and allow players to roam an not get so lost.

I am looking for experienced builders that can get the concepts from what I have currently and make it my own, with a simple, but not overwhelming spawn that players can easily navigate and enjoy.

I am looking to start this project as soon as possible, since the server is still in beta.

It contains all the builds you mentioned and just a lot of space to explore/roam and not get so lost!

If it isn't enough or doesn't you suit you we can make some changes or build a completely new spawn for you!

I seen this exact build already, it is nice, but its not quiet what I am looking for, I am trying to make a custom more redefined map of what I have now that is not so congested. Would you be interest in helping with this?
