Pirate Themed Desert Island (PAID)

Hi there,

My Budget
I'd say I'm looking to pay between $10 - $30 for this and i'm looking for it to be completed within 48 hours.


What I'm looking for...
An Island (Overgrown, Abandoned but Pirate themed) spawn preferably in an ocean only world at 0,0.

Several jungle / beach themed trees (all custom, not Minecraft vanilla jungle trees)

Good lighting, custom lanterns etc

Potentially a small dock with a pirate ship

A spawn point, this can be very simple.

Small 'stall' like areas where I can put NPC's

Maybe some form of volcano or mountain behind that can be incorporated into the spawn via a natural staircase or a clear wooden 'rope-like' stair case.
