Before you apply, You would need to know more about me! I am a 15 year old that is very passionate in making servers. I have a lot of experience in servers. I have owned a server that has got funds up to 1k. I have a lot of experience as an Owner. It has been a daunting job for an Owner. They have to manage the server as well as manage staff. I have owned 3 servers in the past and have a well known knowledge. I am a very versatile and zealous person so you can work with me very well!​

PiratesMC is an upcoming Custom MMORPG Server. Founded by Piggaroni. It's dream is to revolutionize Minecraft MMORPG servers into a new age. Piggaroni will be holding its unique ideas and features that the community will enjoy as well as the team behind it.


We're looking for advanced administrators experienced with crucial tasks. We are working on a staff management system that will consist of these administrators.

As you would've saw already. I was recruiting for a Partner. I still am. But I will not waste much time and start recruiting staff already. Take note that we will be using Discord for staff and server chats!

Below are the roles that are in need of administrators :

System Operator - OPEN
System Operators is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of servers; especially multi-user servers, such as the network. The System Operator seeks to ensure that the up Content Manager ensures that the quality of the network is up to its full potential.

Content Manager - OPEN
Content Manager ensures that the quality of the network is up to its full potential. They will examine the game, builds, maps, gameplay, creativity, and ideas, making sure that they are HQ in efficiency and enjoyable to the players. The listed will go through a process that will either approve or in some cases, denial.

Community Manager - OPEN
Community Manager builds, grows and manages online communications, performing community management, often around the network. Community Manager may serve a variety of roles depending on the nature of manager. They will be involved in branding, online research, corporate blogs, social media marketing, and researching activities.

Admin - OPEN
You are the administrator of the server. You manage the server and grow the server and also have a good relationship with the players playing. You should be often around the server to tend to problems. You will be involved in events and you would need to be active. You will work alongside Moderators.

Moderator - OPEN
You are the moderator of the server. You would have to manage the server and grow the server! You also must have a good relationship with the players that are playing on the server. Some of the Moderators shall be chosen for the Hacker Team.​

Hi My name is Eghosa and I am a person who likes to work a lot and i am devoted to my jobs that ares set because i know that it isn't easy to keep up a server and i would like to help you with my skills.

Experience:

Herocrafters: I was a moderator and promoted to an admin within a month, players enjoyed what I provided and how I provided it. Unfortunately, I had to leave the server because It was shutting down.

Eclipse Prison: I was a Guard for 4 months and then I was promoted to a moderator, 3 months after myself being promoted the owner of the server couldn't fund the server anymore and it was shut down by the host.

When can you be active?

Monday - Tuesday = 4pm - 6pm
Wednesday = Not Online
Thursday - Friday = 4pm - 6pm
Saturday - Sunday = 1pm - 9pm

How much of your time can you dedicate to the server?:

As I would be at school till about 3pm I wouldn't be able to be active before then. However, since I do not work very often, I would be able to be active many hours per week. I'm at my computer daily, up to 7 hours per day, mostly 6 hours. It would, therefore, be possible to get in contact with me quite easily.

Why do you deserve staff over other applicants?:

This is also a difficult question since I don't have much information about the other applicants. However, I think my experience and dedication to IT support and IT in general, would separate me from many of the applicants. My age will also separate me from many of the applicants. I see this as a very positive point since a great community also needs some older players with just a bit more experience.
As I like to dedicate myself completely to a project, I will not have time for other servers. I was frequently asked to help other communities while I was in the community mentioned before, however I had to decline since I felt this would lessen my ability and connection to my community at the time.

My hobby is working with all sorts of IT, and I really enjoy helping people with IT. Therefore, I would be able to frequently help with the server. I am also very capable of bringing forth a just judgement if the situation should occur.
I'm a very kind and understanding guy, and I love to have fun and joke around, as long as it is not at anyone else’s expense. I like hanging out and creating a better bond between members.

How will you benefit the staff team?:

I would be able to frequently help with the administrative side, and I would also be able to moderate a forum, and work with anyone, without any problems. I would be able to come with constructive feedback and ideas of how to improve the server (if any should exist). As I have said many times now, I like to create bonds between the members of the community, and I will help others bond as well. This will help to make a bigger and better community.

What made you want to apply?:

I can bring new banning policies, plugins and other stuff to the server to make it safe.

Anything else?:

I have been made staff on many servers, some of which have been tekkit servers. I have made my own server before but I feel like becoming a part of a community is a better suit for me. A lot of people probably tell you they have been staff on servers before which, I'm not going to accuse them of saying they haven't but I will demonstrate my understanding of many administrative plugins and tools. If you are not satisfied with my ability to administrate the server you can demote me, but I know I will not disappoint you ever.

I love playing Minecraft and I can provide knowledge across most subjects because I've been playing for around 2 years now. I also know a lot about plugins and permissions and how all of it works and I am willing to demonstrate that to you.
