Pixel art - avatar (need opinions)

Hey everyone,
I recently started this kind of graphics style. This is my first ever avatar and I think it turned out pretty well, considering I never done it before. I may be opening up a shop and selling them for a few dollars but I would like to improve a lot and make sure I can become a great artist before selling work. I would like to know how much you guys would buy avatars similar to this and what your opinions are on it.

Eyes are kinda bland, maybe add more detail to them. 6/10.
