I'm aware of this. We've got a decent team started already though. Just picking up a few more developers willing to work on the project.

Yep, you can easily run away when everything is coded.

Very true, a payment could be made before you start developing, though in doing that I'd require reputable members as I'm not a fan of being scammed, just like anyone else.
