My name is hunter, and I'm the owner of PBT (pixelated build team) I am currently recruiting builders that specialize in different genres or maybe are awesome in a genre but not so awesome in another

Process

1. I pass/deny your application
2. If I think you meet the standards I will give you a up of our server to test you out
3. If you make it through that I will accept/deny

Payment works by who works on it if a person wants a modern spawn built for 30$ we would give 10% (3$ if 30$) to the build team then split it evenly with workers (around 1-4 workers on each build thinking of the budget)
You will also get 2$ for landing a client out of my personal wallet (will receive after client pays)
The build renderer takes a picture with shaders and makes its overall look good and he/she gets payed 1$ a gig which is decent for 5 minutes of work (guessing)!
On average you will be payed 10$

I have a active client that has offered me to build a entire factions setup (only the builds) and I am thinking of accepting but I know I will need help! I will make better recruiting page by tomorrow night CTS

I recommend showing some of your own builds. More people will be inclined to join if they know you are skilled as well. Also you might want to consider adding an organics position(Someone who makes Trees/Sails/Ships/Stuctures/etc.).
